About Zen It
Yoga Studio

Why Yoga?

Yoga is an exceptional full-body discipline that systematically improves flexibility, strength, and balance through a combination of held poses and dynamic movements. Regular practice helps increase joint mobility, builds lean muscle, and can even boost cardiovascular health, essentially making your body more resilient and functional for daily life.

Beyond the physical, yoga serves as a powerful antidote to modern stress by intrinsically linking movement to controlled breathing. This deliberate focus helps quiet the “monkey mind,” reducing levels of the stress hormone cortisol while cultivating calmness, sharpening concentration, and fostering a deep sense of presence and mental clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are new to yoga you must have a lot of questions. For your convenience, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions about our studio and the yoga experience.

General

We primarily offer Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga and Restorative classes, with occasional specialty workshops.

While we encourage you to bring your own mat for personal hygiene, we do have high-quality rental mats available, and all necessary props (blocks, straps, blankets) are provided free of charge.

Absolutely! We offer dedicated “Yoga Fundamentals” and “Gentle Hatha” classes, and all instructors are trained to provide modifications for every level.

Registration

The easiest way is through our website or studio app, where you can view the schedule and purchase single classes or class packages.

A class package offers a fixed number of classes to use at your own pace, while a membership provides unlimited access to all scheduled classes monthly.

Please aim to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your first class to complete quick tour and settle in comfortably.

Before Class

It is generally recommended to avoid large meals for 2–3 hours before practice, but a light snack up to 45 minutes prior is usually fine.

Please leave your phone in the provided cubbies outside the studio to maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment for yourself and others.

If you must leave early, please inform the instructor beforehand and place your mat near the door. Leave quietly before the final Savasana (resting pose) begins.

Refund and Cancellations

You must cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of your class credit.

Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, but they never expire (unless specifically noted for a promotion).

Workshops and events require a 48-hour cancellation notice for a full refund or studio credit, as these typically have limited enrollment.
